Caroline was born to Mary and John Clements in Weymouth,MA. She is sister of Anne Clements. She grew up in the small town of Holbrook, MA, just twenty minutes south of Boston. Caroline studied Law Enforcement at Massasoit Community College in Brockton, MA with plans of becoming a private investigator. She later decided to move to Los Angeles but went back and forth from Boston to LA as a Retail Store Manager. She finally made the decision to leave management to solely concentrate on her acting career. Constantly training, Caroline got her start in entertainment working as a production assistant on several commercials and films and then ventured into stand-in work, which lead her to her first guest role.
