Description
This story tells about the most criminal operations taking place in the city. When the full force of the FBI is not able to control these crimes, things seem to turn into a dangerous turn. Now, the latest forensic technology starts a new mission with the help of two Texas (Kevin Costner and Woody Harrison) to carry out these dangerous tasks. The duo tries to act as investigators relying on their instincts and old school skills to accomplish those tasks.
