The governor of Fantasia, the childish empress, began to hear her asking for urgent help from a certain danger threatening the kingdom. Bastian returns to the kingdom threatened by a wicked wizard named Xayide. Bastian returned to protect the kingdom and destroy all the evil rules that are still increasing.
