His brother, Jordan, played QB at UTEP and in the NFL with Washington, Cincinnati, Jacksonville and Chicago. Carson and his wife, Shaelyn, have three children.The 2002 Heisman Trophy Winner at USC, Palmer was selected by Cincinnati with the first overall selection in the 2003 NFL Draft. After eight seasons with the Bengals, he left Cincinnati ranked third in franchise history in career pass attempts (3,217), second in completions (2,024), first in completion percentage (62.9%), third in passing yards (22,694) and third in TD passes (154).In his first season in Arizona in 2013, Palmer started all 16 games and threw for a career-high 4,274 yards, becoming the first player in NFL history to throw for 4,000+ yards with three different teams (Cincinnati, 2006-07, Oakland, 2012).
