This is whats wrong with usa cops. Shoot the legs instead of going for the kill. I guess they're too overly scared, should have munch donuts instead. The academy and such are no better for breeding a bunch of insecure cowardly killer with a superhero complex with their version of fucked up justice. Real life are worse too cause they felt nothing after killing. Truly bunch of fake religious psychopath
